John came to Australia from England and met Mohanna, who has Fijian origins, at work. As soon as he saw her he couldn’t get his eyes of her. And to get married in Fiji was an obvious and easy choice! Ever since he still talks about the way she brightens every room with her bubbly personality.

Susan and Don flew from New Zealand to Likuliku, Fiji to elope with class! Anna from Our World / Our Weddings made a small wedding package in a luxurious property for their very intimate wedding celebration: just the two of them! For both of them it was a second marriage so they wanted it to be simple and private.

Giosef totally surprised Raquel with a surprise renewal of vows ceremony while they went to the Radisson Blu, Denarau (Fiji) for a holiday! In the morning he told his wife that someone was coming to do her hair and make up for their date in the evening… But eventually she understood that something was going on!

Candice and Andrew met when they were 17 online and have been inseparable ever since. Ten years later they finally tied the knot in Fiji! These are their words:

Bettina and Joe came all the way from Germany to get married in Fiji at Koro Sun in Savusavu! We did a pre wedding photo session at a waterfall near Savusavu, which is also on my blog here. They wanted their wedding to be an adventure and a small affair so only Bettina’s sister and her husband came along.

Loana and Laurence came all the way from London to Malolo island at Musket cove resort for their honeymoon. It was picture perfect! The ocean and sky were blue, they strolled by the sea crystal clear on the white sand beach while the palm trees were swaying. We then took a short walk to the top of the hill which was well worth it! The drone shots are impressive.

It all started on an online dating website, but from the first date they knew it was the right fit. A couple of years later, Melanie and Geoffrey had a small wedding at the Shangri La Fiji with only their parents and siblings: 10 of them in total. The ceremony was held at an art deco-style cabana by the ocean.

Julia and John came all the way to Fiji to get married at Tropica Island Resort! The morning of their wedding, there was a storm! But they were both really relaxed, and as they started to get ready from 3pm, the sunshine came back and mother nature gave us the most incredible sunset.

Juliane from Germany and Rafael from France, after 5 years of saving together, went for a one-year around-the-world trip. They decided to get married in the middle while in New Zealand. It was a gorgeous ceremony at Karekare beach (west Auckland) and I felt very privileged as a photographer (and witness!) to be part of their elopement.

Juliane, allemande, et Rafaël, français, après avoir économisé pendant 5 ans ensemble, sont partis pour faire un tour du monde d’un an. Ils ont décidé de se marier au milieu du voyage, en Nouvelle-Zélande. C’était une cérémonie magnifique à la plage de Karekare et ce fut un privilège en tant que photographe (et témoin !) de faire partie de cet événement.

The wind and stormy atmosphere that day didn’t stop Caroline and Shaune from having a wonderful wedding day at the Shangri La Fiji! It was filled with emotion and tears of joy. My photographs testimony so many highlights and in between moments all along the day that show the beautiful intensity of the day.

Jordan and Kurt are very close to their family and friends. They had a big bridal party and it was an important part of the day for them to have fun together. From getting ready; to the reception it surely was a memorable time! The Warwick seemed to have been the perfect venue to accommodate their needs.

Erin and Brice had a very dynamic stay while in Fiji: they travelled to the Yasawa islands and saw the manta rays, went snorkelling and diving. For the last few days they wanted to lay back and relax, so they chose to stay at the Marriott, where they also celebrated their 10 years wedding anniversary.

Erin and George had their elopement at Nanuku on the Coral Coast. They had the ceremony on the top of the hill in a remarkable villa with a sea view and surrounded by lush Fijian greens. There was a few tears and a lot of smiles. The wonderful attention to details from the staff made this day an absolutely spotless experience. 

Melissa and Jason came from the USA to Fiji to sail and dive the most beautiful reefs they could find. That underwater photoshoot in Fiji was a must do! They had a couple of transition days in Nadi so took the opportunity to do a couple photo session. They were good swimmers and took my advice on a remote and stunning spot.

Lance proposed to Martha in Fiji, while escaping the cold New Zealand winter. I got to capture this special moment at Treasure Island on a cloudy day with stunning diffused light. It’s a very small island with all the wonders of Fiji: white sand, swaying palm trees, hammocks and a swimming-pool surrounded by the azure waters of the Mamanuca achipeligo.

Aleksandra and Alvaro came from the States to get married in Fiji. They have a young child but decided to leave him with the family while getting married and having their honeymoon at the same time. They visited Fiji sailing from island to island, which was an absolute dream. Before the departure to sea they spend a night at Barefoot First Landing (Vuda Marina, Fiji), which is where they decided to have their wedding.

Lina and Joe are based in Australia but have Samoan and Fijian heritage. Fiji was just the perfect location for everyone to meet and enjoy the warm weather. They had many guests who came to celebrate their union and made it a sensational party after a very moving ceremony.
