Isabelle and Sasha came all the way from Germany with their two sons (2 and 4 years old) to visit New Zealand and Fiji. While in Fiji they decided it was the perfect opportunity to elope! Here are Isabelle’s words about their magical day at the Sheraton, Denarau.

Kiana and Shilo were in transition between their life in California and their new move to Hawaii, when they visited The Sheraton Denarau, Fiji for a holiday. To celebrate their engagement, they wanted a memorable photo session.

Joanne and James have been together for 10 years and already have two bubbly sons. They live in New Zealand and since Joanne’s parents came to visit them from the UK they jumped on the opportunity to elope in Fiji. James had proposed 5 years ago so they were delighted to finally get married.

Nic called me one week before his holiday with Ali in Fiji. It was a bit of a last minute photo session but worked beautifully! He wanted to surprise her with a proposal but didn’t want anyone around. We talked about different locations and Heaven’s Peak, about one hour from Denarau made sense.

Nick and Daovina had a very detailed idea on how they dreamed their engagement. They even send me a power point. It was so cute! Daovina came with a beautiful yellow dress and Nick was wearing complementary colours. She had her hair and make up done by Lodoviko, which looked gorgeous!

After 5 years being with Maira Joseph finally proposed at the Sofitel in Denarau, Fiji! She said “Yes” and was so delighted. She loved that he hired a photographer to capture the surprise, which was very thoughtful. And she absolutely loves her ring! They went back home, to the States, the mind filled with beautiful memories from their Fijian holidays and have now a lot of planning ahead with their wedding.

A travelling couple, Vida from the Philippines and Zack from the States met two years ago. During their stop in Fiji they wanted a scenic pre-wedding couple photo session in the Fijian countryside. It took them to the hilltop in the Nadi backroads. A special location, almost one hour from Denarau island on the mountain of the sleeping Giant.

Most people look forward to meeting a special person to travel the world with. Well, for Elle and Hamish, their journey began in Auckland, when they first met. Since then, they’ve sailed around the globe with friends. After settling down in Wellington (New Zealand) this epic adventure lead them to Nadi, Fiji where they tied the knot.

During their honeymoon Luke and Melissa flew from the States to ski in New Zealand and snorkel in Fiji… that’s what honeymoons are about, right?

Susan and Tony have been together for many years and have raised, in Ireland, two beautiful daughters. One of them went to study in Australia and while her sister and her parents came to visit they decided to have an excursion in Fiji.

Anna and Phil decided to renew their vows in a very simple manner at the Sofitel, Denarau in Fiji. They came from Auckland (New Zealand) to celebrate their love. The cabana by the beach was the perfect romantic spot to exchange their vows. We then drove to the Sheraton beach to take some more photos at sunset on the jetty, which did not disappoint! 

Jodie and Corey eloped at the Radisson Blu in Denarau, Fiji. The beautiful ceremony set up was made by Paradise bride, who created a floral arch made of tropical flowers. Anna from Our World / Our Weddings (based in New Zealand) was their wedding planner and made it very easy for them. She created the perfect Fiji wedding package!

For Alycia and Gratian it all started with a date that wasn’t a date!  Three years later they came to Fiji to get married. With family in the United States and in India it was a great location in between to meet for the celebration and on the top of it ultra exotic! These are the bride’s words, to be noted: some great advice indeed!

Andrea and Justin wanted a relaxed wedding in paradise, which the Hilton Denarau Fiji offered. They had about 40 of their closest and dearest family and friends, who flew from New Zealand to celebrate their union. Anna Wilson from Our weddings / Our World helped them to make that happen smoothly from New Zealand with her great knowledge about weddings in Fiji. It was a gorgeous day with much joy and a big sun!

Giosef totally surprised Raquel with a surprise renewal of vows ceremony while they went to the Radisson Blu, Denarau (Fiji) for a holiday! In the morning he told his wife that someone was coming to do her hair and make up for their date in the evening… But eventually she understood that something was going on!

Lina and Joe are based in Australia but have Samoan and Fijian heritage. Fiji was just the perfect location for everyone to meet and enjoy the warm weather. They had many guests who came to celebrate their union and made it a sensational party after a very moving ceremony.

Anna and Ben didn’t like the idea of having a ceremony in front of their entire family and friends. They preferred an intimate exchange of vows and to have a party with their dearest later on, back in Australia. They chose the Hilton, Denarau, Fiji to tie the knot.

Willa and Arden came all the way from Las Vegas to get married in paradise at the Hilton Denarau. They dreamt of something different for their wedding, so they flew to our beautiful tropical island. They had carefully chosen the setup with a gorgeous floral arrangement made by the Hilton and brought many accessories from home for their wedding gown.
