Wedding at Pranemoux castle, France
Alexis and Vincent had a mixed cultured wedding : She is American and he is French. As a bilingual photographer it felt good to be able to switch from one language to another. Their dream was “a small wedding in a big castle.” It was perfect.

A wedding without guests
Laure and Cyril travelled across the world to visit New Zealand and decided to get married during their trip. Only the celebrant and two witnesses attended the ceremony. And me of course, to capture this intimate and quite unique wedding.
Mission Estate Winery Wedding
Richard and Leteisha had a stunning wedding at the Mission Estate Winery in Napier, New Zealand. Their friends and family graced the event and we captured amazing moments throughout the whole day. I asked Leteisha what it takes to pull off a successful and stress-free wedding as the bride. Read the interview below to get tips on how to chose the right people to help plan your wedding, to make sure you stay calm and relaxed on your big day.

Laura & Dimitri at the Chateau D’Epeyssoles
All anybody ever wants for their wedding is lots of love, laughter, tears (of joy of course), family and friends, crazy traditions and that special touch that makes it unique to you. Well, Laura & Dimitri’s wedding was this and more. Out in the lovely country, at the magnificent Chateau D’Epeyssoles (France), Laura and Dimitri exchanged nuptials.
A personal and intimate wedding
It’s one of those weddings I could do in black and white: there is something original and modern about it. Melanie and Mark got married at the Officer’s Mess on the cliff top looking out to Rangitoto between Takapuna and Devonport. The ceremony was personal and very moving. We did the formals on the top of North Head, one of the many volcanoes in Auckland. Here we could enjoy a 360 degree view over Auckland and use the ageing bunkers as well as the long grass and flowers surrounding us. What a setting!
A home wedding in Titirangi
I most recently worked on a project that, as a photographer, I was really excited about – My very first homosexual wedding!! It was beautiful!! The setting for both the ceremony and reception for Barry and Michael’s wedding was the back of their flowery house in Titirangi (Auckland, NZ), right in the heart of the bush. There was lots of emotion and great energy amongst the guests, It was definitely a special ceremony to be a part of.
Tips for your wedding photography
If you try too hard to hold their head in a certain position the chin can end up being too far up or down. I’ll let you know if that’s the case though. Sometimes there’s the subconscious reflex of miming the position of the photographer’s head, slightly sideways and tilted down, and it doesn’t look quite right!
